In partnership with the Wallingford YMCA, RISE (Resilience, Inclusion, Strength, Empowerment) Together is a small group training program for middle school and high school students who have Autism Spectrum Disorder & developmental disabilities and need assistance in gaining their strength & confidence.

This inclusive, empowering program focuses on helping participants build physical strength, boost confidence, and develop a sense of community through personalized fitness activities, guided movement, and social-emotional support.
