Benhaven Career & Transition Services is qualified by the Department of Developmental Services and recognized by the Connecticut State Department of Education (CSDE), Bureau of Education as a Transition/Vocation provider. Benhaven is a career and transition provider that focuses on person centered services and supports in the communities where people live, in post-secondary education, developing the interests of the people served and through meaningful employment to promote productive careers.

This highly individualized support has a significant impact on helping students and adults develop confidence and independence. Benhaven provides services to adults funded through the Autism waiver, DDS, school age students ages 18+ and post-secondary.

Individuals participating in our program learn to become active members of their community socially and vocationally, while honing their self-advocacy and independent living skills.
